The “Tebar Hewan Kurban” (Spreading the Sacrifice Animal, ed) program is targeted to compile and distribute the sacrificial meat to the remote areas in Indonesia and parts of neighboring countries, like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, East Timor, Papua New Guinea and Philippines.

Through this program, slaughtering the sacrificial animals will be conducted in remote areas to actively involve the community, ranging from the care of livestock before Eid al-Adha, the slaughteringduring the days of sacrifice, to the distribution process. In state of running the Islamic teaching, this program also provides an opportunity for you to sow benefits wider and provide opportunities for the poor in remote areas to be able to eat meat that very rarely enjoyed.

Joining this program, you also help poor breeders by improving their economic conditions. Because the sacrificial animals are purchased from the empowerment program benefited to poor breeders throughout Indonesia.

Your sacrificial animals will be directly distributed by the escort of Dompet Dhuafa. This ensures that your Qurban or Udhiya can be channelled in the right time to our appropriate targeted beneficiaries (mustahik).

It is Dompet Dhuafa’s responsibility as well to provide Qurban or Udhiya Activity Reports at the end of program to all its donors individually.
